COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

canv.ai ("CanvAi", "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. The following terms outline our copyright and intellectual property policy with respect to the images generated by users on canv.ai (the "Service").

1. User-Generated Content

We claim no intellectual property rights over the images generated by users of the Service. The images created using the Service are the sole property of the users who created them. By generating an image on the Service, the user confirms that they hold all necessary rights to the content and are responsible for the legality of the content produced.

2. Rights Granted by Users

By creating an image using the Service, the user grants canv.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to host, display, transmit, distribute, store, and use the image for the purpose of providing, improving, and developing the Service. This license exists only for as long as the user chooses to continue to include such content on the Service and will terminate at the time the user or canv.ai removes such content from the Service.

3. Copyright Complaints and Copyright Agent

(a) We respect the copyright of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service;
• Your address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Intellectual Property of Others

Users must ensure that the images they create using the Service do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Users may not use copyrighted material from third parties unless they have permission from the rightful owner to use it or their use is otherwise legally permitted.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable law, canv.ai has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at canv.ai's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. canv.ai may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
